Dr. Bell came to medicine the long way around. He started out as a pharmacist. That means he knows medicines, drug interactions, and the limits of prescription only care in a way most doctors never learn. He then went on to osteopathic medical training. He was drawn to the field's focus on the mind body link, hands on care, and treating the whole person, not just one complaint at a time. He went on to specialty training in internal medicine and critical care. There he treated patients with high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, and hormone problems. He worked in some of the busiest hospital units in the field.
Today, Dr. Bell co founded Bell Wellness Care with his wife. They built it to bridge standard and functional medicine in one practice. He calls his patients collaborators, not patients. They get the depth of his hospital training plus a whole person approach. He looks at lifestyle, food, body, and mind. He brings that same standard of care to every Elite member.

House calls, in home lab draws, and IV therapy are all delivered within these service areas. Virtual urgent care and direct provider access work no matter where you are inside the service area.
Does the Concierge Membership replace my insurance?
No. The Concierge Membership is not insurance. It does not replace your health plan. We suggest you keep a high deductible plan for hospital stays, surgery, and other big medical events. The Concierge Membership covers the day to day care most people use insurance for.
Is the membership HSA and FSA covered?
Yes. Both the monthly and annual plans are HSA and FSA covered. Coverage depends on your plan. We give you all the paperwork you need.
How is the lab panel handled?
Your first lab panel is included. After that, you get a full panel twice per year, also included. We send a nurse to your home to draw labs. Or we ship a lab kit. You pick. Specialty tests beyond the full panel cost extra.
What is included in the Functional and Regenerative Medicine plan?
The plan includes a bloodwork review. We dig into root causes. We build a custom plan around your labs and goals. Most plans include food tips, lifestyle changes, supplements when they fit, and prescriptions when needed. Peptides, hormones, and stem cell therapies cost extra. They run through Dr. Bell with full doctor oversight.
How does the 20% IV Therapy discount work?
Every IV drip on our menu is 20% off for members. The discount stacks across drips when you book more than one. No drips are left out. No minimum order.
Do you accept insurance for the membership fee?
No. The fee is paid up front. We do not bill insurance. But the fee may be HSA or FSA covered. Many members find the cost lower than the co pays and deductibles they paid for less personal care.
Can I get peptides or stem cell therapy as a member?
Yes, with full doctor oversight. Peptide and stem cell therapies cost extra. Members get priority booking and full mix into your plan.
Who is Dr. Bell?

What happens if I need to see a specialist?

How fast can a house call happen?
Same day visits are usually available within our service area. We confirm an arrival window when you call and adjust based on the urgency of your situation.
What if I want to cancel?
You may cancel your membership at any time. All memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. Please note that payments already processed are non-refundable.
