Refund Policy & Terms of Service

1. No Refund Policy

Elite Mobile IV does not offer refunds for:

  • Completed visits
  • Memberships
  • Prepaid packages, services, or promotional offers

Once a service has been rendered or a product has been purchased, all sales are final.


2. Courtesy Refunds

In rare circumstances, Elite Mobile IV may choose to issue a refund as a courtesy at its sole discretion.

  • Courtesy refunds are not guaranteed
  • A courtesy refund does not set precedent for future refunds
  • Tips paid directly to nurses are non-refundable


3. Cancellations

  • Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit with no penalty
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit will incur a $100 cancellation fee

This fee helps cover staffing, preparation, and travel costs already incurred.


4. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to be present, reachable, or ready for your scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show
  • All no-shows are subject to a $100 no-show fee


5. Memberships & Prepaid Services

  • Membership fees and prepaid services are non-refundable
  • Memberships may be canceled according to the terms outlined at sign-up, but past charges will not be refunded


6. Payment Authorization

By booking an appointment, enrolling in a membership, or purchasing services, you authorize Elite Mobile IV to charge the card on file for:

  • Services rendered
  • Applicable cancellation or no-show fees



7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Elite Mobile IV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Refund Policy & Terms of Service.
